Oxygen
At Ravago, we don’t use standalone social‑sustainability policies; instead, we follow a global Oxygen framework that guides the development of our targets and supporting tools.
Heart for Progress
Heart for Progress is built for the communities where we live and work. From children learning about recycling, to youth gaining skills for meaningful employment, to individuals with disabilities joining in local sports - this initiative is about everyone having the chance to rise.
Multicultural workforce
Ravago employs over 10,000 employees in more than 60 countries. Our workforce represents a wide diversity of backgrounds and experiences and more than 40 nationalities. We pride ourselves in the fact that we have always been a multicultural organization with deep roots in local practices, communities and cultures.
Learn & Grow
Every living organism needs Oxygen. In this sense our Oxygen framework clarifies across all levels which key behaviors are expected by all of our People. We also commit as an employer to foresee means to practice and gain insight in those behaviors through feedback and skill building. A series of programs under the Oxygen umbrella are opened every year to foster these leadership at all levels skills.
Protect Your Planet
We support initiatives and provide materials in schools and communities to teach children and youth how to recycle correctly. By promoting awareness and practical actions, Ravago aims to foster a culture of sustainability.
One of our key initiatives is Protect Your Planet, a program that teaches students aged 6 to 15 about plastics, recycling and sustainability. We already reached over 4,500 students across the Middle East and Africa, and we plan to expand the program globally to inspire the next generation of environmental champions.
