Our engagement survey (in EMEA+ LATAM) shows 83% of all respondents are engaged. This is the second year that we score 3% higher than the external benchmark*.
* The benchmark is provided by our Survey Provider and consists of the average score of their customers who completed the survey with the same questions. Every respondent gets maximum 1 vote per year.
Our Communities
Protect Your Planet (Emeraude initiative)
Protect Your Planet is an educational program raising sustainability and plastic pollution awareness among students aged 6 to 15 through free school interventions in MEAF. These sessions are hosted by the Emeraude employees* who aim to organize 12 sessions a year.
The program consists of engaging activities such as organized cleanups, educational games, and quizzes. The program aims to reach 5,000 students a year.
* Prior to each PYP session, employees receive tailored training based on the target group and are equipped with the necessary tools for hosting the session
